We sold my fathers house and 2.6 acres. I live in Indianapolis, IN and now Dad lives with also. Bill Moon Jr took us thru the process. We needed to do some repairs to get the home ready for sale. My father had a renter that did alot of damage and left it in a mess. Bill helped by getting a reliable contractor to do the work and bring it acceptable standards. He fielded all my calls to check on the status. We were happy with the sale amount , and Bill was right on the money as to what it would sell for.
We could not have done it without his help.. I highly recommend his services.
