Shut up & yoga has been my go-to studio for years. The instructors are top-notch and the classes are always inspiring. I love how they focus on both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. The studio itself is beautiful and has a calming ambiance. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out!
