I have been using Serious email, llc for several months now and I must say their service is average. It gets the job done but nothing extraordinary. I find their interface a bit clunky and not as user-friendly as other email providers I have used in the past. The customer support team is responsive but sometimes takes longer than expected to resolve issues. Overall, it's a decent email service but I wouldn't say it's great.
