I have to say, my experience with Sanrio has been a mixed bag. While the products themselves are lovely and of good quality, I have encountered some issues with the customer service. There have been instances where my queries went without a response for quite some time, and it can be frustrating. However, I appreciate the unique and cute designs that Sanrio offers. It would be great if they can improve their customer service to match the quality of their products.
