Scrap paper is an average company. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. I have ordered from them a couple of times and haven't had any major issues. The delivery was on time, which is a plus. However, their customer service could use some improvement. Overall, I would say they are an okay choice if you're in need of paper products.
