I had an average experience with Rick Zebra Designs. While they delivered the design on time and were responsive to my feedback, there were a few aspects that could have been improved. The final design did meet my requirements, but I felt that it lacked a certain level of creativity. Nonetheless, their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable.
