My experience with Scooter bay was okay. The website is easy to navigate, and I like the variety of scooters they offer. However, their customer service can be improved. They were slow in responding to my queries, which was frustrating. Once I received the scooter, it was in good condition, and I've been enjoying using it. Overall, an average experience.
