We were first off on a weekday morning. I knew there was an outing later in the day but we were told "you have the whole course to yourselves." We played the front side in 1:50 or less, yet got caught in the outing as they had brought more people than planned and they teed some of their groups off on the back 9. Pro shop seemed to not understand why I was upset that it took 3 hours to play the back side. No apology, no nothing for their incompetence.
