I recently booked a trip with Promotravel and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my queries was quite slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. Overall, a decent experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
