My recent experience with an aviation authority in Taiwan was satisfactory. The Civil Aernautics Administration made sure that the air traffic was well-managed and efficient. The staff was helpful and handled the situation professionally. Although there were minor hiccups, they were quickly resolved. I would rate their services as average.
