I had an overall average experience with Oceania Cyber Security Centre. The company's website ocsc.com.au provides useful information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my queries was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, I would say they need to improve their customer support.
