Don't even deserve one star. I filed over 9 days ago. They said they had my benefits on hold for 8. I also made another claim as well and I still didn't receive my payments. Not only that...there's poor customer service. Nobody answers phones and there is no customer service line to contact anyone easier. No wonder why everybody wants to leave CT. The government help sucks. I'm very disappointed and they need to be more about helping the people directly instead of an automated line that does nothing but cause stress because it's worthless to us.
