I have been a customer of Jsc VTB Bank, New Delhi Branch for several years now and I must say that their services have been average. The website vtb.ru is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I have had some issues with their customer support team. Sometimes they take a long time to respond to my queries and it can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as average.
