So I visited the Westgate Hotel in early February....

So I visited the Westgate Hotel in early February. The problem comes in when it s time for me to check into my room. I get there around probably 2 o clock in the morning and again the hotel does not tell you that there is a resort fee included.I believe that the night managers name was Christopher or Sean I tell him well I would like to upgrade my room to a villa suite and he goes to tell me that I cannot afford to stay in their villa suite (mind you in my lv wallet theirs a Amex black card) so me and the night manager have a conversation and he basically tells me at the end of the conversation that if I can t afford to stay there then the super 8 is my better alternative. Besides that my AC is not working the heat is not working yet hot water is not working and on top of that I got stuck in the elevator on the 26 floor but do you think any of the hotels security management came to me and said hey are you OK they did not and that s why this hotel is getting a one star rating.
