I have been working at Archlab LLC for a year now ...

I have been working at Archlab LLC for a year now and overall it has been a decent experience. The company culture is nice, and the team members are supportive. However, there are a few areas where the company can improve. The work-life balance can be better, as sometimes the workload gets overwhelming. Additionally, the communication between departments needs to be strengthened. Overall, I would rate Archlab LLC as average.
