I recently worked with a creative agency for a design project. While the final outcome was decent, I wasn't completely satisfied with the overall experience. Communication was lacking at times and there were several instances where my feedback was not properly incorporated. Additionally, I felt that the project took longer than initially anticipated. However, the team did try their best to address my concerns and make necessary adjustments.
