I had a mixed experience with Samrat Tours and Travels. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and the itinerary was well-planned. However, there were some issues with the transportation which caused delays and inconvenience. The hotels we stayed in were not up to the mark and the meals provided were average. It was an okay trip overall, but I expected better from this company.
