Although the sales person was great I am displeased with how they provide customer service and displeased with how they handle customers concerns. Not even 25 hours after I got the vehicle I wanted to return it. I felt like I was pressured , I felt like I was taken advantage of and also feel like I got a horrible deal on the vehicle. I asked to speak with the GM and never was able to. I asked them to take the car back when I came up there the next day and not a single person I talked to could help me. No explanation of the return policy was provided. No explanation of the interest rate was given. After the deal was done they gave no care in what I was saying. Till this day I still have not spoken to the person in charge. Very displeased with how they do business and I will not recommend. I walked in to get a used car in my price range and came out with a car way over my price range and feel like I was taken advantage of because I m a women and had my children with me.
