Simply awful experience. Staff was rude and unapologetic. They even threatened to call the authorities on me and my children. When they asked if the cats would be indoor we said that it was possible to get out but we would try to keep them in. The employee then said she couldn't let us adopt. We had been to the shelter twice that day getting together what we needed to adopt and were ready to give the poor cats a loving home. They broke my children's hearts. They should be ashamed of themselves.
