I recently availed the services of a travel agency for my visit to Turkey. The overall experience was good, but there were some minor glitches. The booking process was smooth, and the agency provided timely communication. However, I faced some issues with the accommodation that were not promptly resolved. The agency did address the problems eventually, but it caused inconvenience. Despite that, I had a satisfactory trip to Turkey.
