Tried to cancel my membership, but I couldn t get anyone to answer the phone (as always). The next day they charged my card and when I asked if they could refund it, they said they couldn t. I was fine with that until I the employee caught an attitude and yelled at me, talking about how it was my fault. It was very unprofessional.
Just go to Planet Fitness, it s cheaper and you get a way better deal.
