I had a mixed experience with Artfire.com. While some aspects were great, like the variety of products they offer, there were also some negatives. The shipping was slow and the packaging was not adequate, which resulted in some of the items being damaged upon arrival. The customer service did their best to resolve the issue, but it was still frustrating. Overall, I would say that Artfire.com has potential but needs improvement in certain areas.
