I had a mixed experience with Dianes Designer Loft. Some aspects were good, while others fell short. The customer service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and attentive. However, I found the prices to be quite high, which was disappointing. The selection of clothes was also limited, and I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
