I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of an Australian custom company and overall, my experience was average. The team at the company website were quite responsive to my inquiries and provided me with the necessary information promptly. However, I did encounter a few issues when it came to the craftsmanship of the custom product. The final result didn't quite meet my expectations and there were a few minor imperfections that could have been avoided with more careful attention to detail. Additionally, the process took longer than anticipated, which was slightly disappointing. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and addressed my concerns professionally. It is clear that the company has potential, but there is room for improvement in terms of quality control and timeliness.
