🌟 As a customer of this technology company, I found their services to be average overall. 🌐 Although their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I expected more from their offerings. 💻 The team at Aurora IT seemed knowledgeable, but I did encounter some technical issues that needed additional support. 🤔 Their response time was satisfactory but not exceptional. It would have been great if they had provided more proactive solutions to avoid these issues in the first place. 📞 Communication was decent but there were times when my inquiries were not addressed in a timely manner. ⏰ Overall, I believe that Aurora IT has the potential to improve and deliver a better experience to its customers. I would recommend them if you are willing to be patient and invest some time in troubleshooting. 👍
