Im a former medic and I think people are undervaluing the service that HH provides. Im currently relying on this as state sponsored healthcare and Id say they have met my expectations when it comes to covering my hospital/clinic costs. Maybe a lot of these bad reviews have used them for customer service, which I cannot speak for since I just look for providers that accept it in the first place.
