purch,ased 3 Lee broom hanging pendant lights; ask...

purch,ased 3 Lee broom hanging pendant lights; asked for the matte black fixture with gold electrical caps. When they arrived, they were all black without gold caps. I called lightform and they contacted lee broom to send the appropriate fixtures. When the second delivery arrived, i assumed the order was correct, and left my electrician to install the fixtures. When i arrived home, i discovered that the second order was the same as the first, all black without the gold caps!
I should have checked but i assumed that with the second order LIGHTFORM would have called the company to ensure that the second order was correct. They then finally shipped out the gold caps separately . Therefore I had to pay my electrician twice to install the appropriate fixtures.

When i returned the original mistaken order, LIGHTFORM asked that i attach the appropriate labels to the box , and would have DHL come to pick up the mistaken order. I did so, and there was something wrong with the paperwork, so DHL returned the item back to me and i had to redo the labelling and wait twice for DHL to come to pick up the box. Given that it was LIGHTFORM'S mistake they should have picked up the mistaken delivery and taken care of this for me

finally i asked for a refund of my electricians time since he came twice to install the inappropriate fixture; lightform gave me a store credit; given my terrible experience with them i would never order another light fixture from them so the credit is Moot.

lastly i called Lana in customer service for the email and contact info for the owner to give the owner feedback on this terrible service, she said she could not give me the info, but to forward to her and she would forward to the appropriate people. I dont really believe that my feedback would have reached the owner, hence this review; hopefully the appropriate people read this and can learn from my terrible experience
