I recently started going to B/spoke studios and it's been such a transformative experience. The instructors are so motivating and the workouts are intense but enjoyable. I love the positive and inclusive atmosphere they've created, where everyone feels welcome. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
