I recently purchased some stationary items from this company's website. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and I had to follow up with customer service to get an update. The quality of the products was average, and I was a bit disappointed with the packaging as some items arrived slightly damaged. Overall, my experience with the company was average. I hope they can improve their delivery times and packaging to ensure a more satisfactory customer experience in the future.
