From the time I checked into this amazing hotel until I checked out 2 weeks later, I was treated with the greatest hospitality, respect that I have ever received... From the laundry staff up to the owners, they all have acted as if they known me all my life and treated me like family, Customer Service here is a 10 plus and that is what is missing nowadays, but the staff at The Highlander Hotel are on point with Customer Service......There are no words that I can think of that would tell all the great things about The Highlander Hotel..... If you are ever in Iowa City, IA. Be sure to find this hidden gem, it is off the beaten path out of the way of all the hustle bustle of the city you will be glad you did and you will judge every other hotel you may stay at and NONE will compare to the excellence of The Highlander Hotel. I can only give The Highlander Hotel 5 Stars, but They should be a 10 Star Rating.
