I went on a Monday and they weren't super busy. I got a really good deal on a used Honda. They won't negotiate with you on prices - I tried, but they were pretty adamant about not lowering the sticker price. Their deals were pretty good, but I do like the ability to negotiate on a car. If you don't like the back-and-forth, then great place to go.
