Working at Cancer@work has been a mixed experience for me. While the company provides a stable work environment and offers opportunities for growth, there have been some challenges along the way. The work culture could be improved to foster better collaboration and teamwork. However, the management is receptive to feedback and is working towards making positive changes. Overall, Cancer@work has the potential to become an even better place to work.
