What is shocking and amazing is the negative review posted about the "rude" customer service and professionalism of the staff. While that reviewer is perfectly entitled to their opinion about their single experience, I have been with Raleigh Dermatology for well over 5 years and have never experienced anything other than outstanding customer service and professionalism from the folks that work there. Mike is the PA I have seen for each and every visit and surgical procedure. Mike's work far outshines that of a plastic surgeon with a doctoral degree at another provider whom I refer to simply as "Dr. Frankenstein" for the significant scar he left upon my chest for a simple skin cancer procedure. Negativity is easy to believe; in this case, don't buy into it .
