Our experience was positive. Our agent Derek Staples was attentive, a good listener and showed us homes that would fit our needs. We had a very tight timeline and he helped facilitate getting all the moving parts in order every step of the way. I could count on him to communicate with us if there were circumstances that might affect or delay or time frame. Derek previewed several homes prior to our arrival, enabling us to eliminate and choose carefully the ones to see on a full day of home viewing.
