I recently interacted with a certain bank, and I must say that their service was not up to the mark. The website of the bank is standardbank.co.za.com, and it was confusing and challenging to find the information I was looking for. The design was also outdated, which made it difficult to navigate. I hope they consider updating their website in the future.
