Today my husband Richard (RW) and I , purchased a New Ruby Red 2018 Toyota RAV4 Limited. John Schatz is our Sales Consultant. His knowledge is far above any other sales person we have had in the past. RW is 80 and I am 71 and we have purchased many used and new cars. We brought our Blue 2013 RAV4 for trade in. John showed us the red RAV4 and explained the many features it had. John spent all the time we needed to decide. He explained the many safety features and had Richard drive it.
