I have been a customer of Esports Scotland for over a year now and I must say their services are average. Although they have a good variety of games and tournaments, their customer support is lacking. It takes ages to get a response and sometimes they don't even address the issue properly. The website is also a bit clunky and not user-friendly. Overall, I would rate my experience with Esports Scotland as average.
