The service at Kent Island Beach House LLC was average. The staff was helpful, but there were a few issues with the rental. The beach house was beautiful and had great views of the ocean. However, the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was not working properly, and the WiFi was unreliable. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
