I am a CUSTOMER and I must say that Casa Hanashiro is an average company. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall experience was not exceptional. I expected more from a company of this calibre. The prices were reasonable, but the quality of the products could be improved. I hope to see some improvements in the future.
