Recently took my A3 in for a 45k service. I was immediately attended by a Service Greeter, who made sure i took all personal belongings needed before leaving the vehicle. Soon after, my service consultant, Nacho, met me at the car. Checked it in and got a loaner vehicle in about 10 minutes. All personnel were professional and courteous. I received a call from Nacho a few hours later indicating the car was finished, but the technician found a fault in one of the sensors that could be an issue later. Upon arriving my car was ready and cleaned. Nacho explained my options for taking care of the issue, so I could starting planning (since my car is no longer under warranty). Overall, service was quick, yet thorough. Audi SD personnel were attentive and provided quality service. Good job!
