The hotel picked us up after we landed at Changi Airport and it was quick. Everything was basically at Shangri-La standard. Shang palace as usual was basically delicious, buffet had a large option of food and restaurant Italian gave us the taste of Italy. All of the staff was really nice (We tipped a few). Just a few amendments which is to put more options for the dinner buffet and check the refrigerators as ours didn t give us the cold. Overall we would come back next time.
