I had a rather interesting experience with The Matthew of Bristol recently. While their website, matthew.co.uk, was easy to use and their product selection was impressive, I did encounter a delay in receiving my order. However, their customer service team was very responsive and kept me updated on the progress. Despite the slight hiccup, I am happy with the quality of the product and would consider shopping with them again in the future.
