I had an average experience with Barao vans ltda. The customer service was satisfactory, but the vehicle I rented was not in the best condition. It was clean, but there were some mechanical issues that made the ride uncomfortable. I expected better maintenance considering the reputation of the company. Overall, it was an okay experience.
