I recently used the valet parking service provided by Valet Parking Authority, LTD and I must say it was an average experience. The attendants were professional and the process was efficient. However, I was not impressed with the overall level of customer service. The attendants seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the needs of the customers. It would have been great if they were more attentive and focused on providing a pleasant experience.
