I had a mixed experience with G 4 Media, INC. While their products are of good quality and their customer support is responsive, there were a few issues with my order. The shipping took longer than expected and the packaging seemed a bit damaged. However, they promptly resolved the issue and offered me a refund for the inconvenience. Overall, I am satisfied with their service but there is some room for improvement.
