I had an overall average experience with Ghl properties. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The property that I rented was in good condition, but I encountered a few maintenance issues during my stay. The staff was responsive in addressing these issues, but it did cause some inconvenience. Overall, I would say that Ghl properties is an average company to deal with.
