I have rented from a lot of management companies over the years. My experience with Aronov was average until the move out. Upon move out, their tone and professionalism changed. They came after me for unneeded repairs after a very clean walk through( the house was in cleaner and in better shape that when I moved in a year before). I tried to call and find a reasonable compromise, but they lacked the professional courtesy to act in good faith. I would not recommend using this organization. Be very careful upon move out of them padding the repair bills. Low integrity group.
