I've been using the security system from Buddy guard systems for a while now and overall, it's been a positive experience. The system itself is reliable and easy to use. The customer service team has been helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. My only minor complaint would be the occasional false alarms, but other than that, I'm satisfied with the service.
