A&c Appraisal Company is a decent company overall. Their services are reasonably priced and they complete their appraisals in a timely manner. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took longer than expected to get a response. Besides that, the appraisal report was well-detailed and provided all the necessary information. I would rate my experience with A&c Appraisal Company as average.
