I arrived early after making the mistake of taking the red eye from Portland and Boston. I had failed to consider that I would show up at a time when nothing else was open. I asked the people at the front desk as one of the stewardesses had suggested whether or not there was a room that had gone unsold that they could give me, and when they couldn't find 1 comparable to the 1 that I had already paid for, they actually upgraded my room and knocked the price down to my existing price. These guys are great!
